Our Business Strategy

In earlier stage of founding a small business entity, there was a concrete business strategy – a fifteen-year plan – for Myanma Power Spectrum to run in its future business environment.

In this plan, there were three five-year plans – first five-year: building internal strength of the entity (2003~2008); second five-year: doing business (2009~2013); and third five-year: investment & business expansion (2014~2018).

Now-a-day, Myanma Power Spectrum has successfully implemented the first and the second five-year business plans. According to the fifteen-year business plan, we are now running in a period of the third five-year stage.
